General
* Much of the data being downloaded in patch 4.0.3 will pave the way for the shattering of Azeroth shortly before the release of World of Warcraft: Cataclysm on December 7.
* The leader of Wintergrasp raids can no longer kick players from the raid (this change will also apply to Tol Barad in Cataclysm).
* When in a Looking For Dungeon group, using an instance portal to that instance will now take players to the Looking For Dungeon entrance point instead of the normal destination of that portal. This will make it easier to return to the instance after dying in an LFD group.
* Honorable Kills are no longer awarded for killing players below level 5.
User Interface
* Added pets to the new raid unit frames when displayed in party.
* The default UI Scale has been altered so it will be set at a 1:1 pixel/texel ratio. This will result in a smaller UI appearance for higher resolution monitors.
* Players may now adjust the local "Lag Tolerance" time for better precision of spell timing. This is an advanced-users-only feature found in the Interface Options (Combat) panel.
Bug Fixes
* Macros now handle spell variant transitions better. For example, Trap Launcher causes a different version of Frost Trap to be cast. Previously the macro system was not handling this transition properly.
* Queuing in Looking For Dungeon for a different wing of the instance a player is already in now works properly. For example, a party can now queue for Scarlet Monastery - Library after completing Scarlet Monastery - Graveyard.
* Killing High Interrogator Gerstahn before killing Emperor Dagran Thaurissan in a Blackrock Depths - Upper City random Looking For Dungeon run will now provide the proper reward. This also applies to Archmage Arugal and the Crown Chemical Company bosses in Shadowfang Keep during the Love is in the Air holiday event.
* Repeatedly inspecting other players should now function correctly.
* Area heal-over-time effects should no longer cause players to stand up.
* Male blood elves have received a crash course in dancing and now know to stop dancing when they run.
* Drake mounts have gotten bored with gliding and will flap their wings again when flying forward.
* Druid Flight Form now properly appears in the Spellbook before Expert Riding is learned.
* Sunfire's damage-over-time effect now deals damage at the same rate as Moonfire's damage- over-time effect.
* GM Ticket messages should now displace buff icons instead of obscuring them.

The Shattering of Azeroth
In the frigid wastes of Northrend, the final battle against the merciless Lich King ended in victory for Azeroth's defenders. Upon returning home, veterans of the unforgiving conflict against the Scourge were showered with praise for their valiant sacrifices, while the honorable dead were mourned. Yet as hope flared anew in the wake of the Lich King's fall, Azeroth's native elemental spirits grew confused and erratic, setting off a series of deadly natural disasters. Horde and Alliance leaders scrambled for clues about the troubling state of the world, but nothing could have prepared them for what was to come.
Without warning, the corrupted Dragon Aspect, Deathwing, erupted from the stone heart of Deepholm, the domain of earth within the Elemental Plane. Jagged fissures were torn across the earth, and monstrous waves pummeled coastal regions. From Thousand Needles to the Blasted Lands, the surface of Azeroth was reforged through violent upheavals. Now, the Horde and the Alliance must defend their homes against Deathwing and his minions, burdened by the unsettling fact that the world as they know it has changed... forever.
Azeroth Shattered
* Deathwing's return has had an immeasurable impact throughout the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor. Players will notice drastically altered terrain, thousands of new quests from levels 1-55, and updated level ranges for some zones to improve the questing flow.
New Race/Class Combinations
* In the wake of a world on the brink of destruction, members of the Horde and Alliance have taken to new cultures and studies, mastering crafts previously foreign to them. Many existing playable races now have new class combinations. Check the official World of Warcraft: Cataclysm website for a breakdown of the new combinations.
General
* The World of Warcraft: Cataclysm cinematic trailer and login screen have been added to the game.
* Experience required to gain levels 71 through 80 has been reduced by 20%, which increases leveling rate by 25%.
Classes: General
* Due to several talent revisions for select classes, druids, paladins, priests, and shaman have had their talent trees reset.
* The damage and healing done by players from levels 1-79 has been retuned, with the base points of almost all spells and abilities reduced. This was done to bring combat times at low levels to a more reasonable length. For most abilities that deal weapon damage, the weapon damage percent now rises per level until level 80, and starts at a lower percent.
* Healing Rain, Efflorescence, Holy Radiance, Holy Word: Sanctuary now have a diminished effect when healing more than 6 players at once.
* Mortal Strike, Furious Attacks, Wound Poison, Widow Venom, Permafrost, Improved Mind Blast, Monstrous Bite, and Legion Strike now reduce healing by 10%, down from 25%.
* Effects which are broken from taking too much damage (Fear, Frost Nova, Entangling Roots, etc.) now break automatically from about half as much damage taken as before.
Death Knight
* Death Pact now heals for 25% of maximum health, down from 40%.
* Death Strike now heals for 25% of damage taken in the last 5 seconds, down from 30%, and will heal for a minimum of 7% of maximum health, down from 10%. The tooltip may not yet be updated to reflect this change.
* Icebound Fortitude now provides 20% damage reduction, down from 30% (now 50%, down from 60% when talented), and has a 3-minute cooldown, up from 2 minutes.
Blood
* Rune Tap now heals for 10% of maximum health, down from 15%. The tooltip may not yet be updated to reflect this change.
Glyphs
* Glyph of Rune Tap now heals for 5% of maximum health, down from 10%.
Bug Fixes
* Frost Fever critical strikes now apply the correct amount of bonus damage.
Druid
* Bear Form now provides 10% bonus health, down from 20%.
* Nourish no longer consumes Omen of Clarity.
* Rejuvenation has had its mana cost increased by 30%.
* Soothe now has a 1.5-second cast time.
* Swipe (Cat Form) can now be used even if the druid does not have a primary target selected.
* Thorns: beginner tooltip revised to no longer imply the spell could be kept up at all times. In addition, Thorns damage has been reduced by 60%.
Balance
* PvP set bonus redesigned. While not in an Eclipse state, critical attacks against the druid restore 5 Solar or 7 Lunar energy, whichever is more beneficial. This effect can only occur once every 6 seconds.
Feral
* Brutal Impact now increases the mana cost of spells on the victim by 5/10% for 10 seconds, down from 15/30%.
* Leader of the Pack now heals for 4%, down from 8%.
* Survival Instincts now provides 50% damage reduction, down from 60%, and its cooldown has been lowered from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.
* Swipe (Bear Form) damage has been reduced by 20%.
* Vengeance is no longer cleared on exiting Bear Form, and instead is cleared upon entering Cat Form.
Restoration
* Empowered Touch now procs from Healing Touch as well as Nourish.
* Heart of the Wild: the Bear Form Stamina bonus from this talent is now 2/4/6%, down from 3/7/10%.
* Malfurion's Gift no longer has Fury of Stormrage as a prerequisite talent.
* Natural Shapeshifter now also increases Tree of Life duration by 5/10 seconds.
* Revitalize is now a 2-point talent, down from 3. It provides a 20% chance to return 1/2% of the druid's total mana on periodic heals from Lifebloom or Rejuvenation. This effect cannot occur more than once every 12 seconds.
* Swift Rejuvenation is now a 1-point talent, down from 2. The global cooldown reduction this talent provides to Rejuvenation remains 0.5 seconds.
* Symbiosis: heal-over-time spells (Rejuvenation, Regrowth, Lifebloom) can no longer benefit from this Mastery merely by refreshing themselves. A different heal-over-time spell must be present.
Glyphs
* Glyph of Healing Touch now reduces the cooldown on Nature's Swiftness by 10 seconds after using Healing Touch, up from 5 seconds.
* Glyph of the Treant (new) allows druids to keep the original treant Tree of Life look... if they must. Must they?
Bug Fixes
* Blood in the Water now refreshes Rip to the correct value.
* Flight Form now properly appears in the trainer window before Expert Riding is learned.
Hunter
* All special attacks based on weapon damage (except Scattershot) are now normalized.
* Scare Beast is now available at level 36, up from level 14, and has had its training cost updated.
* Deterrence is now available at level 78, up from level 36, and has had its training cost updated.
* Disengage is now available at level 14, down from level 78, and has had its training cost updated.
Glyphs
* The level requirements for glyphs that affect Scare Beast, Deterrence, and Disengage have been altered to correspond with the level changes of these abilities.
Bug Fixes
* The Core Hound pet ability Ancient Hysteria now places its own unique debuff on affected players that has the same effect as Sated and Exhaustion.
* Certain pets should no longer forget how to Dash.
Mage
* Arcane Blast now increases damage of the next Arcane Blast by 10% per stack, down from 20%, reduces cast time by 0.1 seconds per stack, and increases the mana cost by 150%, down from 175%. In addition, the base cast time of Arcane Blast has been lowered to 2.35 seconds.
* Arcane Explosion now costs 15% of base mana, down from 18%.
* Arcane Missiles damage has been increased by 5%.
* PvP set 4-piece bonus changed to increase damage by 5% instead of providing 5% Haste.
Arcane
* Arcane Barrage damage has been increased by 5% and its cooldown is now 4 seconds, down from 5 seconds.
* Arcane Concentration: Now has a much higher chance (13/27/40%) of entering a Clearcasting state. This effect cannot occur more than once every 15 seconds. The tooltip still states that there is a 3/6/10% chance, as it averages out to approximately the same chance with the internal cooldown applied.
* Arcane Specialization again increases arcane damage by 25%.
Fire
* Blazing Speed no longer dispels movement slowing effects (it still dispels effects that totally stop movement).
* Fire Specialization again increases periodic fire damage effects by 25%.
* Molten Shields now also causes Blazing Speed to dispel movement slowing effects in addition to its current functionality.
* Pyroblast base mana cost is now 17%, down from 22%.
Frost
* Deep Freeze: the cooldown on this ability is no longer reduced by Haste.
* Early Frost now reduces Frostbolt cast time by 0.3/0.6 seconds, down from 0.35/0.70 seconds.
* Fingers of Frost proc chance is now 7/14/20%, down from 10/20/30%.
* Frost Specialization again increases all damage against frozen target by 25%.
* Reactive Barrier is now triggered by any damage which causes the mage's health to be below 50%, even if the mage was already below 50%.
* Shatter now also increases Frostbolt damage by 10/20% against frozen targets.
* Shattered Barrier duration is now 2/4 seconds, down from 3/6 seconds.
Glyphs
* Glyph of Evocation now heals for 40%, down from 60%.
* Glyph of Deep Freeze now increases damage done by Deep Freeze by 20% (no longer increases Frostbolt damage against Deep Frozen targets).
Bug Fixes
* Improved Polymorph now correctly shares diminishing returns with controlled stuns.
Paladin
* Exorcism damage has been increased by approximately 50%.
* Holy Radiance now has reduced effectiveness on targets over 8 yards away from the paladin.
* Seal of Truth: periodic damage from Censure reduced by 25%.
Holy
* Beacon of Light now lasts 5 minutes, up from 60 seconds.
* Blessed Life: the effects of this talent cannot occur more than once every 8 seconds, up from every 2 seconds.
* Illuminated Healing absorb shield now absorbs 10% of the total amount healed, up from 8%. Each point of Mastery increases the effect by an additional 1.25%, up from 1%.
* Light of dawn has been redesigned. It no longer has an enforced cooldown, now costs Holy Power instead of mana, and scale in direct proportion to the amount of Holy Power used. In addition it now heals the 5 most injured group targets (including self) in a 30-yard frontal cone.
* Protector of the Innocent no longer triggers from self-heals.
Protection
* Divine Bulwark now grants 2.25% less block chance per point of Mastery, up from 2%.
* Holy shield no longer increases chance to block. Instead, it increases the amount blocked by an additional 10%, for a total of 40% damage blocked.
* Shield of the Righteous: Contribution of attack power halved (now 60% with full Holy Power) and base damage brought up so that a level 85 paladin in Heroic dungeon gear deals the same damage with no Vengeance, but Vengeance has less impact.
* Shield of the Templar now reduces the cooldown of Guardian of Ancient Kings by 40/80/120 seconds, down from 1/2/3 minutes.
* Wrath of the Lightbringer now increases Crusader Strike and Judgement damage by 50/100%, up from 30/60%.
Retribution
* Crusade now also has a proc on kill to increase the healing done by the paladin's next Holy Light by 100/200/300% for 15 seconds, in addition to its current effects.
* Divine Storm: This ability has been redesigned. It no longer consumes Holy Power and instead costs 5% of base mana. It shares a cooldown with Crusader Strike and hits all nearby enemies for 60% weapon damage.
* Pursuit of Justice now has an 8-second internal cooldown, shared with Blessed Life.
* Rebuke no longer initiates Auto Attack.
* Sanctity of Battle now also causes Divine Storm's cooldown to be reduced by Haste effects.
* Zealotry no longer consumes 3 Holy Power, but still requires 3 Holy Power to use.
Glyphs
* Glyph of Beacon of Light now makes Beacon of Light free, instead of increasing the duration by 30 seconds.
* Glyph of Divinity has been redesigned. It now grants the paladin 10% of maximum mana upon use.
* Glyph of Light of Dawn now increases the total number of most injured targets healed by 1.
Priest
* Binding Heal now provides roughly double the amount of healing.
* Prayer of Healing has had its mana cost reduced by nearly 30% and its base points and Spell Power coefficient increased by 20%.
Discipline
* Divine Aegis is now always triggered by Prayer of Healing in addition to critical heals from all other spells.
* Grace has been increased to 4/8% stacking 3 times, up from 2/4% stacking.
* Inner Focus now works with Binding Heal, but no longer works with Heal.
* Power Word: Barrier has been redesigned. It no longer acts as a shared absorb shield. Instead, all affected friendly targets take 30% reduced damage for the duration of the shield, which is now 10 seconds, down from 25 seconds.
Shadow
* Shadow Orbs: redesigned slightly. The Shadow Orbs continue to increase damage done by Mind Blast and Mind Spike and stack up to 3 times, but now when the priest casts Mind Blast or Mind Spike (consuming the orbs), the priest gains a 15-second duration buff (Empowered Shadow), which increases the damage done by all Shadow periodic spells. Empowered Shadow does not stack. Mastery increases the damage bonus of Shadow Orbs and Empowered Shadow by the same amount, 10% with the base 8 Mastery, and an additional 1.25% per Mastery.
* Vampiric Embrace healing to the caster has been reduced to 6%, down from 12% (there was a tooltip error which stated that the self-healing amount was 15%). Party members still receive 3% healing.
Bug Fixes
* Dark Archangel now correctly increases the damage done of certain abilities by 4%.
Rogue
* Deadly Poison base damage and attack power coefficient have been increased by 30%.
* Recuperate now restores 2% of maximum health, down from 3%.
* Venomous Wounds base damage and attack power coefficient have been increased by 30%.
Combat
* Aggression now increases damage of Sinister Strike, Backstab, and Eviscerate by 7/14/20%, up from 5/10/15%.
* Bandit's Guile now gives 10/20/30% increased damage as the rogue gains greater insight, up from 5/10/15%.
Subtlety
* Executioner no longer affects Recuperate.
Bug Fixes
* Bandit's Guile now applies more consistently to all of the abilities it's supposed to modify.
* Player guardians and temporary pets now stop attacking when a rogue uses Vanish, but city guards will not.
Shaman
* Chain Heal mana cost increased from 17% to 20% of base mana.
* Earthliving Weapon now only has 25% of its full chance to proc from a single hop of Chain Heal.
Elemental
* Elemental Reach now also increases Searing Totem range by 7/15 yards.
* Fulmination now has a Spell Alert visual associated with it, which appears when the shaman gets to 9 Lightning Shield charges.
Warlock
* Bane of Agony damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Bane of Doom damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Corruption damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Death Coil damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Drain Life damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Drain Soul damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Immolate damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Incinerate damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Rain of Fire damage has been increased to be more comparable to other area-of-effect abilities.
* Searing Pain damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Seed of Corruption damage has been reduced to be more comparable to other area-of-effect abilities.
* Shadowbolt damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Soul Fire damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
Demonology
* Hand of Gul'dan damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
Destruction
* Chaos Bolt damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Conflagrate damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
* Shadowburn damage has been reduced by approximately 12%.
Bug Fixes
* Drain Life: The Soulburn version of this was charging 17% of base mana instead of 12% like the normal version. This has been corrected.
Warrior
* Cleave damage has been reduced by approximately 17%.
* Execute damage has been reduced by approximately 17%.
* Heroic Strike damage has been reduced by approximately 17%.
* Overpower now does 125% weapon damage, down from 150%.
* Rend base damage has been reduced by approximately 17% and percent of weapon damage per tick lowered to 25%, from 30%.
* Shield Block now only increases block chance by 25%, but excess block that pushes avoidance plus block to over 100% is now converted to critical block chance.
* Slam now costs 15 rage, down from 20, and now does 125% weapon damage, down from 150%.
* Victory Rush damage has been reduced by approximately 17%.
* Whirlwind now does 65% weapon damage, down from 75%.
Arms
* Mortal Strike now does 150% weapon damage, down from 185%.
* Second Wind now heals for 2/5% of total health, down from 5/10%.
* Strikes of Opportunity now does 100% weapon damage, down from 115%.
Fury
* Blood Craze now heals for 1/2/3% of total health, down from 2.5/5/7.5%.
* Bloodthirst damage has been reduced by approximately 17%.
* Raging Blow now does 110% weapon damage, down from 150%.
* Unshackled Fury now gains approximately 50% more benefit per point of Mastery.
Protection
* Critical Block now grants an equal amount of block chance and critical block chance (1.5% each per point of Mastery).
* Devastate no longer provides bonus threat.
* Shield Slam: Contribution of attack power reduced to 60%, down from 75%, and base damage brought up so that a level 85 warrior in Heroic dungeon gear deals the same damage with no Vengeance, but Vengeance has less impact. In addition, Shield Slam no longer generates 30% bonus threat from its damage.
* Vigilance no longer provides 3% damage reduction, but still refreshes Taunt and provides Vengeance.
Glyphs
* Glyph of Bloody Healing increases the healing received from Bloodthirst by 40%, down from 100%.
* Glyph of Intimidating Shout no longer causes targets to flee slowly, but roots them instead.
* Glyph of Shield Wall increases damage reduction to 60%, but increases the cooldown from 2 minutes to 4 minutes (talented).
Bug Fixes
* Taste for Blood should once again proc on every other tick of Rend.
Achievements
* The Gladiator reward mounts now award Master Riding.
* What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been now awards Master Riding.
Items
* Mysterious Egg now takes only 3 days to turn into a Cracked Egg and has a slightly greater chance of awarding the Reins of the Green Proto-Drake.
* PvP set bonuses now provide 70 of stats such as Agility, Intellect, and Strength (down from 100) at 2 pieces, and 180 of these stats (down from 300) at 4 pieces.
Professions
* Perfect Gem Cutting and Mixology have been removed as trainable skills and are instead passives profession abilities. When players reach the appropriate skill levels, they will start getting bonuses from Mixology (they must know the recipe to gain the benefit) and/or cutting perfect gems (depending on their profession, of course).
Alchemy
* Alchemy recipes now require Crystal Vials. Deathwing broke all the others because he's mean (or because he didn't want alchemists to carry 5 different vials around with them).
Engineering
* The Engineering Tinkering enchants will no longer provide their bonus stats, but the activated effects will stack with other enchants. In 4.0.1 the stats were there (but hidden) and are now removed.
Bug Fixes
* Several epic gem transmutes that were missing from the trainer have been added back.
Bug Fixes
* Certain area-of-effect abilities are no longer ignoring the area-of-effect damage cap.
* Mobs and NPCs should no longer appear to randomly gain or lose health during combat.
* Re-summoning pets in Battlegrounds should no longer count towards a player's total healing done.
Known Issues
* Some tooltips may not reflect the most recent changes to certain abilities.
* Worgen hunters are currently unable to learn Dual Wield.
* The achievement Explore Tol Barad will not be possible to complete upon release of World of Warcraft: Cataclysm.

Résumé :
- Les nouvelles zones de Cataclysm sont intégrées au jeu avec le patch 4.0.3a mais le phasing de terrain en interdit l'accès. Les quêtes sont aussi bloquées avant la mise à niveau du compte.
- Les nouveaux niveaux de réputation, l'Archéologie, les changements PvP, et les niveaux de guilde n'arriveront qu'a Cataclysm.
- Tous les changements de races et de classes sont débloqués avec le patch.
- Les bonus de race n'ont pas été tous changés et équilibrés comme prévu par peur des répercussion sur le long terme et sur l'équilibre général des classes.
- Les développeurs travaillent actuellement sur une fonctionnalité informant sur les capacités des boss.
- La cinématique d'introduction de Cataclysm est la conclusion des événements pré-Cataclysm et des invasions élémentaires.
- Après le déploiement du patch les joueurs apparaîtront au Cimetière le plus proche de leur position de déconnexion.
- Les serveurs ne devraient pas être coupés pour le lancement de Cataclysm, comme à BC et Wotlk à minuit les zones seront débloqués et les joueurs pourront s'y entrer.
- Le self healing a été nerfé pour beaucoup de classes car c'était trop problématique en PvP.

- Les nouvelles version du Donjon d'Ombrecroc et des Mortemines sont disponibles avec le patch, mais pas en version héroïques.
- Les zones draeneï et elfes de sang n'ont pas été rattachées sur le même serveur que les autres zones (il y a toujours un chargement) cela aurait demandé du travail inutilement de le faire.
- L'expérience requise du niveau 84 au 85 a été augmentée.

en fait reequilibrage des classes pour (kof kof) blizzard est d'equilibré les degats et autres stats entre toutes les classes pour ne pas que les mages soit tjs aussi cheaté par exemple

Dans le long patch note du 4.0.3a en anglais que j'ai cité plus haut, tu as la liste de toutes les modifications pour chaque classe, y compris pour le paladin.
C'est de ça qu'il s'agit quand ils parlent d'équilibrage des classes. Le soucis étant que c'est de l'équilibrage pour du level 85, alors qu'on y est pas encore.

L'effondrement d'Azeroth
Les défenseurs d'Azeroth sont finalement parvenus à triompher de l'impitoyable roi-liche lors d'une ultime bataille menée dans les étendues gelées du Norfendre. De retour parmi les leurs, les vétérans de la lutte acharnée contre le Fléau ont été couverts de gloire pour leurs sacrifices héroïques, et les braves soldats tombés au combat ont été pleurés. Pourtant, alors que la chute du roi-liche avait fait renaître une lueur d'espoir, les esprits élémentaires d'Azeroth se sont déchaînés, provoquant une série de catastrophes naturelles meurtrières. Les chefs de la Horde et de l'Alliance se sont efforcés de trouver la raison de cette situation inquiétante, mais rien n'aurait pu les préparer à ce qui allait se produire.
Brusquement, Aile de mort, l'Aspect dragon corrompu, a surgi des entrailles de pierre du Tréfonds, le domaine de la terre dans le plan élémentaire. Des fissures en dents de scie ont déchiré la terre, et d'immenses raz de marée ont anéanti les régions côtières. Des Mille Pointes aux terres Foudroyées, de violents bouleversements ont défiguré la surface d'Azeroth. Désormais, les membres de la Horde et de l'Alliance doivent protéger leurs territoires d'Aile de mort et de ses serviteurs, accablés par l'insoutenable réalité de la destruction du monde tel qu'ils le connaissaient... et ce, à jamais.

Azeroth anéanti
Le retour d'Aile de mort a eu un impact inimaginable dans les royaumes de l'Est et en Kalimdor. Les joueurs pourront contempler des paysages radicalement transformés, accomplir des milliers de nouvelles quêtes du niveau 1 au niveau 55, et profiter de zones accueillant de plus grandes tranches de niveaux pour faciliter l'accomplissement des quêtes.
Nouvelles combinaisons de race/classe
Dans le sillage d'un monde au bord de la destruction, les membres de la Horde et de l'Alliance ont embrassé de nouvelles cultures et de nouvelles sciences, maîtrisant des métiers qui leur étaient autrefois étrangers. De nombreuses races jouables déjà existantes disposent désormais de nouvelles combinaisons de classe. L'expérience requise du niveau 71 au niveau 80 a été réduite de 20%, ce qui augmente la vitesse de montée en niveau de 25%.
Classes : général
En raison de plusieurs modifications apportées aux talents de certaines classes, les druides, les paladins, les prêtres et les chamans ont vu leurs arbres de talent remis à zéro.
Les dégâts et les soins effectués par les joueurs situés dans la tranche de niveau 1-79 ont été réajustés, et les points initiaux de presque tous les sorts et toutes les compétences ont été réduits. Cette modification a été apportée pour que les combats des joueurs de bas niveaux aient une durée plus raisonnable. Pour la plupart des compétences qui infligent des dégâts avec une arme, le pourcentage des dégâts de l'arme augmente désormais à chaque niveau jusqu'au niveau 80, et débute avec un pourcentage plus faible.
Les effets de Pluie guérisseuse, Efflorescence, Radiance sacrée, Mot sacré : Sanctuaire sont désormais réduits lorsque plus de 6 joueurs à la fois sont soignés.
Frappe mortelle, Attaques furieuses, Poison douloureux, Venin de veuve, Gel prolongé, Attaque mentale améliorée, Morsure monstrueuse et Frappe de la Légion réduisent désormais les soins de 10%, au lieu de 25%.
Les effets qui sont annulés par un trop grand nombre de dégâts reçus par la cible (Peur, Nova de givre, Sarments, etc.) sont désormais automatiquement interrompus dès que celle-ci reçoit moitié moins de dégâts qu'auparavant.
Chamans
Le coût en mana de Salve de guérison augmente de 17% à 20% du mana de base.
Une arme Viveterre n'a plus que 25% de ses chances totales de déclenchement lors d'un passage unique de Salve de guérison.
Spécialisations des talents
Élémentaire
Allonge élémentaire augmente maintenant la portée de Totem incendiaire de 7/15 mètres.
Invectives dispose maintenant d'une alerte visuelle de sort associée, qui apparaît lorsque le chaman atteint 9 charges de Bouclier de foudre.
Chasseurs
Toutes les attaques spéciales basées sur les dégâts des armes (à l'exception de Flèche de dispersion) sont maintenant normalisées.
Effrayer une bête est maintenant disponible au niveau 36, au lieu du niveau 14. Son coût d'entraînement a été mis à jour.
Dissuasion est maintenant disponible au niveau 78, au lieu du niveau 36. Son coût d'entraînement a été mis à jour.

Pacte mortel rend désormais 25% des points de vie maximum, au lieu de 40%.
Frappe de mort soigne désormais 25% des dégâts reçus au cours des 5 dernières secondes, au lieu de 30%, et rend un minimum de 7% des points de vie maximum, au lieu de 10%. La bulle d'aide n'est probablement pas encore à jour pour refléter ce changement.
Robustesse glaciale réduit désormais les dégâts reçus de 20%, au lieu de 30% (et de 50%, au lieu de 60% grâce au talent), et possède un temps de recharge de 3 minutes, pouvant être réduit à 2 minutes.

Épines : le texte de la bulle d'aide pour débutant a été reformulé pour ne plus laisser penser que le sort pouvait être actif en permanence. De plus, les dégâts d'Épines ont été réduits de 60%.

Équilibre
Refonte des bonus de l'ensemble d'armure JcJ : lorsque le druide n'est pas dans un état d'Éclipse, les coups critiques qu'il subit lui donnent 5 points d'énergie solaire ou 7 points d'énergie lunaire, en fonction de ce qui lui est le plus bénéfique. Cet effet ne peut se produire plus d'une fois toutes les 6 secondes.
Farouche
Impact brutal augmente désormais le coût en mana des sorts sur la victime de 5/10% pendant 10 secondes, au lieu de 15/30%.
Chef de la meute rend désormais 4% des points de vie, au lieu de 8%.
Instincts de survie réduit désormais les dégâts subis de 50%, au lieu de 60%, et son temps de recharge est passé de 5 minutes à 3 minutes.
Les dégâts infligés par Balayage (Forme d'ours) ont été réduits de 20%.
Vengeance ne disparaît plus lorsque le druide quitte sa Forme d'ours. Désormais, le bonus disparaît lorsque le druide adopte sa Forme de félin.
Restauration
Toucher surpuissant se déclenche désormais en utilisant Toucher guérisseur aussi bien que Nourrir.
Cœur de fauve : le bonus d'Endurance de la Forme d'ours issu de ce talent est désormais de 2/4/6%, au lieu de 3/7/10%.
Fureur de Hurlorage n'est plus un talent prérequis pour Don de Malfurion.
Changeforme naturel augmente aussi la durée d'Arbre de vie de 5/10 secondes.
Revitaliser dispose désormais de 2 points de talent, au lieu de 3. Ce talent donne 20% de chances de régénérer 1/2% du total de mana du druide lorsqu'il prodigue des soins périodiques en utilisant les sorts Fleur de vie et Récupération. Cet effet ne peut se produire plus d'une fois toutes les 12 secondes.
Récupération rapide dispose désormais de 1 point de talent, au lieu de 2. Ce talent réduit le temps de recharge global du sort Récupération de 0,5 seconde.
Symbiose : il ne suffit plus de rafraîchir les sorts de soins sur la durée (Récupération, Rétablissement, Fleur de vie) pour qu'ils bénéficient de la Maîtrise. Un autre sort de soins sur la durée doit être présent.
Glyphes
Glyphe de toucher guérisseur réduit désormais le temps de recharge de Rapidité de la nature de 10 secondes, au lieu de 5 secondes, après avoir utilisé Toucher guérisseur.
Glyphe du tréant (nouveau) permet aux druides de conserver l'apparence d'origine du tréant de l'Arbre de vie... s'ils y tiennent. Mais est-ce vraiment indispensable ?

Folie sanguinaire ne fait plus récupérer que 1/2/3% des points de vie totaux, contre 2,5/5/7,5% auparavant.
Les dégâts infligés par Sanguinaire ont été réduits d'environ 17%.
Coup déchaîné n'inflige plus que 110% de dégâts des armes, contre 150% auparavant.
Fureur déchaînée n'est plus augmentée que d'environ 50% à chaque point de Maîtrise supplémentaire.
Protection
Blocage critique confère désormais le même pourcentage de chances d'effectuer un blocage que d'effectuer un blocage critique (1,5% de chances par point de Maîtrise).
Dévaster ne génère plus de menace supplémentaire.
Heurt de bouclier : la contribution de la puissance d'attaque passe de 75 à 60%, et les dégâts de base sont augmentés de manière à ce qu'un guerrier de niveau 85 avec un équipement de donjon héroïque inflige les mêmes dégâts sans Vengeance. En revanche, le bonus octroyé par Vengeance est moindre. En outre, Heurt de bouclier ne génère plus le bonus de 30% de menace calculé sur les dégâts qu'il inflige.
Vigilance ne confère plus une réduction des dégâts de 3%, mais met toujours fin au temps de recharge de Provocation et déclenche toujours Vengeance.
Glyphes
Le glyphe de soins sanglants augmente les soins reçus par Sanguinaire de 40%, au lieu de 100%.
Le glyphe de cri d'intimidation ne fait plus fuir les cibles à vitesse réduite, mais les immobilise.
Le glyphe de mur protecteur augmente la réduction des dégâts de 60%, mais le temps de recharge passe aussi de 2 à 4 minutes (avec talent).
Correction de bugs
Goût du sang devrait à nouveau être activé une fois sur deux lors de l'utilisation de Pourfendre.
Mages
Déflagration des Arcanes augmente désormais les dégâts de la prochaine Déflagration des Arcanes de 10% par charge, au lieu de 20%, réduit le temps d'incantation de 0,1 seconde par charge et augmente le coût en mana de 150% au lieu de 175%. De plus, le temps d'incantation de base de Déflagration des Arcanes a été réduit à 2,35 secondes.
Explosion des Arcanes coûte désormais 15% du mana de base au lieu de 18%.
Les dégâts de Projectiles des Arcanes ont été augmentés de 5%.
Le bonus 4 pièces de l'ensemble JcJ a été modifié pour augmenter les dégâts de 5% au lieu d'octroyer un bonus à la hâte de 5%.

Arcanes
Les dégâts de Barrage des Arcanes ont été augmentés de 5% et son temps de recharge est maintenant de 4 secondes au lieu de 5.
Les chances de Concentration des Arcanes de déclencher l'état Idées claires ont été augmentées (13/27/40%). Cet effet ne peut se produire plus d'une fois toutes les 15 secondes. L'encadré d'aide indique toujours 3/6/10% de chances, car c'est la moyenne effective de déclenchement d'Idées claires en raison du temps de recharge interne.
Spécialisation Arcanes augmente à nouveau les dégâts des Arcanes de 25%.
Feu
Vitesse flamboyante ne dissipe plus les effets ralentissant les déplacements (mais dissipe toujours les effets qui entravent complètement les déplacements).
Spécialisation Feu augmente à nouveau les dégâts périodiques de Feu de 25%.
Boucliers de la fournaise permet maintenant à Vitesse flamboyante de dissiper les effets ralentissant les déplacements en plus de sa fonctionnalité actuelle.
Explosion pyrotechnique coûte désormais 17% du mana de base au lieu de 22%.
Givre
Le temps de recharge de Congélation n'est plus réduit par la hâte.
Gel précoce réduit désormais le temps d'incantation d'Éclair de givre de 0,3/0,6 secondes au lieu de 0,35/0,70 secondes.
Les chances de déclenchement de Doigts de givre ont été réduites à 7/14/20%, au lieu de 10/20/30%.
Spécialisation Givre augmente à nouveau tous les dégâts infligés aux cibles gelées de 25%.
Barrière réactive est maintenant déclenché par tout dégât qui amène les points de vie du mage sous la barre des 50%, même si le mage était déjà sous ce seuil.
Fracasser augmente également les dégâts d'Éclair de givre de 10/20% sur les cibles gelées.
La durée de Barrière brisée est désormais de 2/4 secondes, au lieu de 3/6 secondes.

Vie bénie : les effets de ce talent ne peuvent se produire plus d'une fois toutes les 8 secondes, au lieu d'une fois toutes les 2 secondes.
Le bouclier de Soins illuminés absorbe désormais 10% du montant total soigné au lieu de 8%. Chaque point de Maîtrise augmente l'effet de 1,25% supplémentaire, au lieu de 1%.
Refonte de Lumière de l'aube : ce sort ne dispose plus d'un temps de recharge forcé et nécessite de la puissance sacrée au lieu du mana. Il est proportionnel au montant de puissance sacrée utilisé. De plus, le sort soigne maintenant les 5 cibles dont les points de vie sont les plus bas (le paladin y compris) dans une zone en forme de cône de 30 mètres devant le paladin.
Protecteur des innocents ne peut plus se déclencher sur des soins effectués par le paladin sur lui-même.
Protection
Rempart divin octroie 2,25% de chances de blocage en plus par point de Maîtrise, au lieu de 2%.
Bouclier sacré n'augmente plus les chances de bloquer, mais augmente le montant de dégâts bloqués de 10% supplémentaires, pour un total de 40% de dégâts bloqués.
Bouclier du vertueux : la contribution de la puissance d'attaque a été divisée par deux (elle est désormais de 60% pour trois charges de Puissance sacrée) et les dégâts de base ont été augmentés, afin que le paladin de niveau 85 en équipement de donjon héroïque inflige les mêmes dégâts sans Vengeance. En revanche, le bonus octroyé par Vengeance est moindre.
Bouclier du templier réduit désormais le temps de recharge de Gardien des anciens rois de 40/80/120 secondes, au lieu de 1/2/3 minutes.
Colère du porteur de Lumière augmente maintenant les dégâts de Frappe du croisé et de Jugement de 50/100%, au lieu de 30/60%.
Vindicte
Croisade dispose également d'un déclenchement sur coup fatal qui augmente les soins effectués par le prochain sort Lumière sacrée du paladin de 100/200/300% pendant 15 secondes, en plus de ses effets actuels.
Refonte de Tempête divine : ce sort ne consomme plus de puissance sacrée et coûte désormais 5% du mana de base. Il partage le temps de recharge de Frappe du croisé et touche tous les ennemis proches pour 60% des dégâts de l'arme.
Poursuite de la justice a maintenant un temps de recharge interne, partagé avec Vie bénie.
Réprimandes ne déclenche plus Attaque auto.
Bataille sainte permet également à Tempête divine de bénéficier des effets de hâte (temps de recharge réduit).
Fanatisme ne consomme plus 3 charges de puissance sacrée, mais nécessite toujours 3 charges de puissance sacrée pour être utilisé.
Glyphes
Glyphe de guide de lumière supprime le coût en mana de Guide de lumière, au lieu d'augmenter sa durée de 30 secondes.
Refonte de Glyphe de divinité : il octroie maintenant au paladin 10% de son maximum de mana quand Imposition des mains est utilisé.
Glyphe de lumière de l'aube augmente désormais le nombre total de cibles aux points de vie les plus bas soignées de 1.
PrĂŞtres
Soins de lien octroie environ le double de soins.
Le coût en mana de Prière de soins a été réduit d'environ 30%. Les points de vie rendus de base et le coefficient de puissance des sorts ont été augmentés de 20%.
Spécialisations de talents
Discipline
Égide divine est maintenant toujours déclenché par Prière de soins, en plus des soins critiques des autres sorts.
Grâce est augmenté à 4/8% se cumulant 3 fois, au lieu de 2/4%.
Focalisation intérieure fonctionne maintenant avec Soins de lien, mais plus avec Soins.
Refonte de Mot de pouvoir : Barrière : ce sort ne fonctionne plus comme un bouclier d'absorption partagé. Toutes les cibles alliées affectées bénéficient maintenant d'une réduction des dégâts de 30% pendant toute la durée du bouclier, soit 10 secondes, au lieu de 25 secondes.
Ombre
Légère refonte d'Orbes d'ombre : le prêtre peut toujours charger jusqu'à trois orbes d'ombre qui augmentent les dégâts infligés par Attaque mentale et Pointe mentale, mais lorsqu'il lance Attaque mentale ou Pointe mentale (qui consomment les orbes), le prêtre gagne désormais une amélioration de 15 secondes (Ombre surpuissante), qui augmente les dégâts infligés par tous les sorts d'Ombre à dégâts sur la durée. Ombre surpuissante ne se cumule pas. La Maîtrise augmente le bonus aux dégâts d'Orbes d'ombre et d'Ombre surpuissante d'un même montant, 10% avec les 8 points de Maîtrise de base, et de 1,25% supplémentaire par point de Maîtrise en plus.
Le soin d'Étreinte vampirique octroyé au prêtre a été réduit à 6% au lieu de 12% des dégâts de sorts d'Ombre à cible unique du prêtre (une erreur de l'encadré d'aide indiquait que le soin sur le prêtre était de 15%). Les membres du groupe reçoivent toujours un soin équivalent à 3% de ces dégâts.
Correction de bugs
Sombre archange augmente maintenant correctement les dégâts infligés par certains sorts de 4%.
Voleurs
Les dégâts de base de Poison mortel et le coefficient de la puissance d'attaque ont été augmentés de 30%.
Conversion rend maintenant 2% des points de vie maximum au lieu de 3%.
Les dégâts de base de Blessures venimeuses et le coefficient de la puissance d'attaque ont été augmentés de 30%.

Ruse du bandit octroie un bonus aux dégâts de 10/20/30% au lieu de 5/10/15% lorsque le voleur bénéficie de Compréhension profonde.
Finesse
Bourreau n'affecte plus Conversion.
Correction de bugs
Ruse du bandit s'applique maintenant invariablement à toutes les techniques que ce talent est censé modifier.
Les gardiens et familiers temporaires du joueur arrêtent d'attaquer quand le voleur utilise Disparition, contrairement aux gardes des cités.
Hauts faits
Les montures reçues pour le titre de Gladiateur confèrent désormais la compétence Maître cavalier.
Voyages au bout du monde confère désormais la compétence Maître cavalier.
Objets
L'œuf mystérieux ne met plus que trois jours à se transformer en œuf brisé et a un peu plus de chances de générer les rênes de proto-drake vert.
Les bonus aux statistiques telles que l'Agilité, l'Intelligence et la Force conférés par les ensembles JcJ ne sont plus que de 70 (100 précédemment) lorsque deux pièces sont portées, et de 180 (300 précédemment) lorsque 4 pièces sont portées.
MĂ©tiers
Lapidaire et Mixologie ne sont plus des compétences nécessitant un entraînement, mais sont devenues des compétences de métier passives. Quand les joueurs atteindront le niveau de compétences requis, ils commenceront à recevoir des bonus de mixologie (pourvu qu'ils connaissent la recette) et/ou de lapidaire (en fonction de leurs métiers, naturellement).
Alchimie
Les recettes d'alchimie nécessitent désormais des fioles de cristal. Aile de mort a détruit toutes les autres fioles par pure méchanceté (ou parce qu'il n'aimait pas que les alchimistes transportent 5 types de fioles différents).
Ingénierie
Les enchantements de la compétence Bricoler des ingénieurs ne confèrent plus de bonus aux caractéristiques, mais les effets activés s'ajouteront aux autres enchantements. Dans la version 4.0.1, ces bonus aux caractéristiques étaient présents (bien que cachés). Ils ont désormais disparu.
Correction de bugs
Plusieurs transmutations de gemmes épiques qui n'apparaissaient pas chez les maîtres des alchimistes sont désormais disponibles.
Correction de bugs
Certaines techniques à effet de zone n'ignorent plus le seuil maximum de dégâts des effets de zone.
Les monstres et les PNJ ne devraient plus sembler gagner ou perdre aléatoirement des points de vie durant les combats.
Réinvoquer des familiers en champs de bataille ne devrait plus être comptabilisé dans le total de soins effectués du joueur.
Problèmes connus
Les bulles d'aide peuvent ne pas refléter les derniers changements apportés à certaines techniques.
Pour le moment, les chasseurs worgens sont incapables d'apprendre Ambidextrie.
Il ne sera pas possible d'accomplir le haut fait Exploration de Tol Barad Ă la sortie de World of Warcraft: Cataclysm.
J'ai jamais pris l'habitude de râler comme un fou sur un patch note, mais là force est de constater que pour pas mal de classe (dont le war prot) il y a un gros nivellement par le bas...
=> -17% de dégâts sur les attaques du war, augmentation de CD de 100% ... Bouhhhh lalalalala

J'avais 8140 points de justice, il m'en ont convertit 4140 en 1986 PO (+/-) pour retomber Ă 4000 points tout juste...

T'inquiètes malmo, justement les joueurs (DPS bourrins) vont devoir réapprendre à lever le pied et à jouer en groupe, et surtout ne plus penser qu'au kikimeter... Finalement c'est une bonne chose, mais tout ça devra être testé au 85, car là ça nous pénalise quand même (peut importe la classe du tank)
Niveau agro en druide, malgré le patch ca va en mono cible, la seule différence c'est qu'il faut nous laisser le temps (3s à 5s) pour agro.
Par contre j'ai remarqué un up de la compétence mutilation qui passe de 6s de cd à 3s (malgré ne nerf de 17% c'est un gain en souplesse).
En multi cible, ca se complique, mais j'attends de voir au levle 85 avec notre nouvelle compétence rosser (saignement de zone).
Sinon de nouvelles modifications pour le patch 4.0.3a:

* The Empowered Shadow buff is no longer granted when a player cancels the Shadow Orb buff. Mind Blast correctly removes the Shadow Orb buff and grants Empowered Shadow.
* The Glyph of Shadow Word: Death no longer provides the outdated 10% bonus damage to targets under 25% health when Shadow Word: Death is cast.
Warlock
* Bane of Havoc no longer persists when overwritten by another Bane.

Mage
* The Fire mage mastery Flashburn will now properly increase the periodic damage of Combustion.
* Frostbolt for low-level mages was doing too little damage. Frostbolt damage has been increased at low levels, while low-level Water Elemental damage has been decreased slightly to compensate.
* The Pyromaniac talent is now properly triggering when 3 or more targets are affected by a mage's periodic damage Fire spells.
Paladin

Tu as raison, je vais Ă©crire moi mĂŞme mes propres patchnotes.
Et pourquoi en anglais, parce que les patchnotes officiels des patchs importants en français sont publiés soit le lendemain du patch soit une semaine après (bref le truc qui sert à rien, et en plus ils ne le sont même pas au complet).
Encore mieux, les hotfixs ne sont jamais traduit ou publier en français (ou alors 1 mois après mais encore une fois quel utilité ?).
Enfin le tout petit, c'est pour le plaisir de t'entendre ronchonner (je suis gentille, touche windows+U pour activer la loupe de windows :p).

CiterHere you will find a list of hotfixes that address various issues related to the release of patch 4.0.3a and World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. While many have already been deployed on all realms, some may not be implemented until the next time your realm is restarted. We will continue to update this thread in the days ahead as additional hotfixes are applied.
December 7
General
* It is no longer possible for an ill-mannered person of the opposing faction to one-shot a flight trainer in Stormwind or Orgrimmar, which in turn made the 500 players standing on top of the flight trainer with their mammoths really sad.
* Fallen Hero's Spirits in Icecrown can no longer have their pockets picked.
* Ray'ma and Brew Vendor Brew of the Month Club vendors are now spawning properly.
* The achievement "Stood in the fire" is granted when standing in a zone boundary different than Deathwing's spawn location. In addition, players can now get this achievement by walking into the wake of Deathwing's fire after he has passed.
* If faction mounts do not translate to a mount of the opposite faction when performing a paid faction change, they will now be removed.
* Players are no longer able to endlessly kite the outdoor Battlemasters.
* Several combat issues involving mind control mechanics have been fixed.
Battlegrounds
* NPCs and vehicles now have the correct Cataclysm values for health and damage in the 80-84 and 85 Strand of the Ancients, Isle of Conquest, and Alterac Valley level brackets.
* Some players were unable to enter 10- vs. 10-player Battlegrounds when the option to enter became available. This has been corrected.
Priest
* Low-level priests will now properly take Shadow Word: Death backlash damage when casting Shadow Word: Death.
Shaman
* Lightning Shield again properly deals damage while the shaman is casting other spells.
Dungeons & Raids
* The Mana Burn ability that is cast when Arcane Aberrations die in Dire Maul has been replaced with an Arcane Explosion ability that does not drain mana.
* Al'akir's Lightning Cloud now despawns when the encounter is defeated in Throne of the Four Winds.
* Players are no longer able to use Killing Spree on Ozumat in Throne of the Tides. The message "Invalid Target" is displayed.
* Players are no longer placed oddly when affected by Ulthok's Squeeze in Throne of the Tides.
* Temple Guardian Anhuur in Halls of Origination will now lose Shield of Light at the appropriate times. He was cheating.
* Millhouse Manastorm in The Stonecore will not stay linked to trash packs he is no longer stationed at after a group wipe.
* Razorgore and Chromaggus in Blackwing Lair will no longer cause an infinite loop of encounter mind control mechanics when pets or companions are present.
Items
* Tattooed Eyeball should not be epic quality and is now superior.
* Wailing Weeds no longer give experience, have any drops, or are able to be gathered in Mount Hyjal.
* Items which have refund options available no longer have their expiration cooldown recorded incorrectly when more than one is purchased within a short amount of time.
* An issue which prevented players from rolling Need on certain relics found in dungeons has been corrected.
* Helm of the Thousand Needles now has 12 Strength and 17 Stamina in addition to the 12 Hit Rating it had before.
* Spider's Silk now drops from most all spiders in the level range of 16-25.
* Stag Flanks now drop from level-appropriate stags.
* Big Mouth Clams and the Black Pearls they sometimes contain again drop off of many creatures.
* Corpse Dust and Infernal Stones are no longer available from vendors.
* The stats for the one-handed mace Shatterscale Mightfish have been corrected.
* Rogues are now able to equip and use Morningstar of the Order. However, the tooltip for the item still shows Main Hand in red, and right clicking on the item when it is equipped returns the message "You do not have the required proficiency for that item." This display issue will be corrected in a future patch.
* Passengers are now force ejected from multi-passenger mounts that have been converted into a Reindeer or Brewfest Kodo. This works for both NPCs and PCs.
Professions
* There is no longer a School of Fish in Elwynn Forest that like to think of themselves as in "testing," nor do they yield Peacebloom when fished. This School of Fish is no longer a part of the counterculture and will no longer give you flowers when fished.
* Recipe: Feathered Lure is no longer on the vendor list for the Cooking reward vendors, as it's returning an error "The Spell is not available to you" when players attempt to learn it.
* Electrostatic Condenser no longer provides inconsistent loot chances for each gathering profession.
* Training in Archaeology should now properly generate dig sites around the world according to the player's skill level.
* Archaeology daily quests are now properly flagged as dailies.
* A Fossil Archaeology Find at the Un'Goro Terror Run dig site spawned beyond the range of the dig site area and has been removed.
* There was an inconsistency in Cooking skill-ups between Lavascale Minestrone and Lavascale Fillet which has been addressed.
* Some Leatherworking recipes which require a skill of 525 were missing from the vendor Misty Merriweather and have been returned.
Quests
* Cataclysm Level 80-85 Zones
* Mobs that spawn infinitely during the Temple of Earth finale within Deepholm do not grant experience.
* Players are no longer ported out of the Maelstrom if they have "The Eye of the Storm" in their quest log when they go through the portal to the Maelstrom.
* Twilight Proveditors for the quest "End of the Supply Line" in Mount Hyjal should respawn at a more consistent rate.
* Zin'jatar Raiders respawn more quickly for the "Buy Us Some Time" quest in Kelp'thar Forest, Vashj'ir.
Eastern Kingdoms
* Completing the quest "Never Surrender, Sometimes Retreat" is now updating Gilneas properly.
* Forsaken Sailors were dealing too much damage to those questing in Gilneas. Their damage output has been reduced.
* If a player completes the objectives of "Bad Medicine" outside of Northern Stranglethorn, then the quest "Just Hatched" will not auto-launch, but Corporal Sethman will have the quest available when the player turns in the quest "Bad Medicine" to Brother Nimetz. If the player completes "Bad Medicine" within Northern Stranglethorn, then "Just Hatched" is auto-launched.
* Quest givers in The Exodar, Teldrassil and Dun Morogh are all now offering the level 50 mage quest "Meet with Maginor Dumas" leading players to Stormwind.
* The deprecated quests "Foreboding Plans" and "Encrypted Letter" are no longer being offered to players by the Syndicate Documents in Hillsbrad Foothills.
* The deprecated quests "Looking Further" and "Morganth" are no longer being offered by the Old Lion Statue in Redridge Mountains.
* The cutscene for "Lordaeron" in Silverpine Forest will now properly play if the player is mounted when starting the quest.
* High Priest Venoxis should spawn properly during the "High Priest Venoxis" quest event in The Cape of Stranglethorn.
* The quest "The Holy Water of Clarity" will be offered regardless of the order in which the player completes the prerequisite quests in The Cape of Stranglethorn.
* The NPCs of Bloodgulch no longer disappear when players skip the cutscene during the quest "Eye Spy" in Twilight Highlands.
Kalimdor
* 60 completed quests in Winterspring are now required in order to earn the Winterspring Quests achievement.
* Players should no longer experience issues completing the quest "The Reason Why" when attempting to interact with the various Moonstones in Ashenvale.
* Players are no longer able to attack other players while in Diemetradon form during the quest "Ever Watching From Above" in Un'Goro Crater.
* It is no longer possible to pick up the deprecated quest "The Gordunni Scroll" in Feralas.
* The deprecated quest "Hunting in Stranglethorn" is no longer being offered by Roon Wildmane in Desolace.
* Questgiver Melizza Brimbuzzle in Desolace now respawns at a much more reasonable rate after dying.
* Jinky Twizzlefixxit now provides players with a replacement River Boat quest reward via her gossip text if a player deletes it while in Thousand Needles.
* Antechamber Guardian now spawns correctly for "What Lies Within" in Tanaris.
* The quest "Sandscraper's Treasure" is no longer being offered to Alliance players via the Sandscraper's Chest in Tanaris.
* The Antediluvean Chest is now correctly spawning inside the Antechamber of Uldum within Tanaris and there is no longer an issue with it spawning outside of the chamber.

CiterWe have decided to remove the added bonus of gaining Guild Experience from Guild Achievements earned. This change will realign Guild Achievements with our philosophy held for normal Achievements, which are intended to be predominantly their own reward (barring the rare exception of special achievements that grant an additional reward.) Previously, the experience reward had been seen as an additional side bonus and not something that should have been significantly skewing the advancement of guilds. During the beta, we greatly increased leveling speed across the board and since most characters were copied from templates, guild experience from Achievements didn't seem imbalanced. It has become clear that an imbalance does exist and should be addressed to ensure that guilds progress at the rates expected within the daily Guild Experience limits.
For guilds that are currently above the normally possible experience limit, we will be readjusting it back to the expected limit once more. This will not affect Guild Reputation gains at this point in time.
Donc les hf de guilde ne rapporte plus de point d'xp à la guilde, et vu que le cap d'xp par jour reste inchangé ainsi que toujours aussi bas, toutes les guildes passeront lvl 25 dans 137 jours.

December 8
General
* Guilds no longer receive guild experience when earning guild achievements. You can read more about this on our forums.
* If a guild maxed their experience gains for the day, subsequent tallying of individual members' weekly and total experience gained was not always properly being saved and stored. This has been corrected.
* The achievements Heroic: Lost City of the Tol'vir Guild Run, Heroic: Shadowfang Keep Guild Run, and Baradin Hold Guild Run are now properly awarded and show up in the Guild Achievement window.
* Corla will now always drop an item and the Red Winter Hat does not replace her regular loot drop. It's because she cares.
* Specific mounts, when used in Eastern Kingdoms, were not receiving the appropriate movement speed modifiers between land and ground. This has been corrected.
* Players can enter and finish Wintergrasp or Tol Barad even if no players from the opposing faction are queued.
* Players are now able to acquire "A Winter Veil Gift" for 2010 if they had completed "A Winter Veil Gift" in 2009.
Dungeons & Raids
* Several items which drop from bosses in Cataclysm five-player dungeons have been correctly reclassified so that the intended classes can roll Need when in a Looking For Dungeon group.
* Rock Borers no longer award reputation when killed in The Stonecore.
* Evolved Twilight Zealots killed by Raz in Blackrock Caverns no longer award experience if tapped by players.
* Players are again provided a spectral flying mount while in spirit form if killed in Ahn'Qiraj: The Fallen Temple.
* The Tamed Tol'vir Prowlers in Lost City of the Tol'vir award much less experience when killed.
* Players can now use Wind Tunnels while in combat, returning them to Siamat's platform in Lost City of the Tol'vir.
* Deep Murloc Drudges in Throne of the Tides no longer grant experience when killed.
Items
* Players are no longer able to refund an alternate-cost item if they level up during its refund timer.
* Stormrider's Cover was requiring an incorrect class token to purchase from vendors. This has been fixed. Until a patch is applied, the Stormrider's Cover will still list a Crown of the Forlorn Protector being a required currency, however, it can be correctly purchased with a Crown of the Forlorn Vanquisher.
* The Filet Knife quest reward from "Something Edible" in Vashj'ir is a caster weapon and now has spell power. So sensible!
* The on-use effect from Tosselwrench's Shrinker is no longer counting as an elixir buff. Additionally, no extra ranged attack power or other stats are granted.
* Eastern Plaguelands quest reward trinkets no longer have on-use effects that grant ranged attack power.
Professions
* Fishing skill gains were increasing too rapidly past 500 skill and have been adjusted.
* The tradeskill nodes were too dense in Deepholm and Twilight Highlands for Mining and Herbalism. Several have been removed.
* Mining nodes were too dense in the entrance cave to Uldaman and have been thinned out.
* Players are no longer able to use a Lifegiving Seed while shapeshifted and receive the appropriate error message when attempting to do so. Additionally, the effect is canceled when entering combat.
* Enchant Weapon - Mending no longer gives haste when it procs on attacks or spells. Now, it just gives the proper heal.
* Creating a Runescroll of Fortitude II now correctly grants skill-ups.
Quests & Creatures
* All existing guard posts in the world (e.g. Goldshire, Azure Watch, Bloodhoof, etc.) now properly spawn level 85 capital city guards.
* Quests for the Hydraxian Waterlords have been properly deprecated.
Cataclysm Zones
Deepholm
* Players no longer receive experience from killing Mercurial Droplets.
* Deepstone Elementals now spawn more quickly.
* Captive Quartz Rocklings in Lorthuna's Gate now respawn more quickly.
* Players now receive much less experience when killing Irestone Rumblers.
* Players no longer have issues with camera direction while trying to attack Zoltrik Drakebane after having jumped onto his Pyremaw mount on the quest "The Twilight Flight".
* Stone Trogg Berserkers now do less damage.
Gilneas
* There are now more Rampaging Worgen in the introductory worgen questing experience to support large groups of questing players.
* Worgen characters must now complete "Endgame" for Admiral Nightwind to gain the option to port to Rut'theran Village.
* Liam has been given lessons in anger management and team work. He will now properly stay with his soldiers during "The Battle for Gilneas City" event.
Kezan
* Both the Rope Ladder and Last Chance Yacht Boarding Mortar objects will now sparkle while on the quest "Life Savings". Now with more sparkles!
Mount Hyjal
* Players in a party on the quest "Black Heart of Flame" are all now able to loot the Black Heart of Thol'embaar after killing Thol'embaar, because it's only fair.
* Blazebound Elementals no longer reward experience when Flameseer's Staff is used on them.
* Players will now receive the error message "You are in the wrong zone" when trying to use Spawn of Smolderos outside of Mount Hyjal.
* Twilight Flamecallers and Twilight Overseers now respawn more quickly.
* Players no longer get attacked by guards when landing in Nordrassil with a hostile player targeted. It was a rather rude introduction to Mount Hyjal really.
* Twilight Stormwakers now respawn more quickly for the quest "Slash and Burn".
* Flame Ascendants needed for the quest "Might of the Firelord" now respawn more quickly.
Twilight Highlands
* Blackscale Mistresses and Blackscale Raiders in Twilight Highlands now spawn less frequently and award less experience per kill.
* Targets killable by turret vehicles for the quest "Off The Wall" no longer grant experience.
* Twilight Abductors and Twilight Flamequenchers at Vermillion Redoubt no longer grant experience or provide loot.
* Subjugated Firestarters no longer grant experience or provide loot.
Uldum
* Players can no longer get stuck in a phase after watching the cutscene that triggers upon completion of quests "Missing Pieces" and "Reduced Productivity".
* Bloodsnarl Scavengers killed by players with the aid of Salhet's Lions during the quest "Salhet the Tactician" will not provide experience. If you want something done, sometimes you just have to do it yourself.
* Creatures in Neferset City needed for the quest "Bleeding the Enemy" now respawn more quickly.
* Players will now correctly switch phases after turning in the quest "Gobbles!"
Vashj'ir
* Players will now be in the correct phase with Wavespeaker Valoren after completing the quest "Communing with the Ancient". Seeing ghost question marks on the mini-map is no fun for anyone.
* The Deepfin Scrounger Anchor Attack! now only roots players for 5 seconds, down from 20 seconds.
* The damage of the Devious Great-Eel is now correctly reduced if a player does not immediately engage the eel in combat after the Eel-Splosive Device is triggered while on the quest "Here Fishie Fishie 2: Eel-Egg-Trick Boogaloo" (Horde) or "The Brothers Digsong 2: Eel-Egg-Trick Boogaloo" (Alliance).
* Smuggler's Scar now has two guard posts, up from one, and Deepmist Grotto has one guard post, up from none. In addition, Cavern Crawlers are now immune to crowd control effects. Even ganking should have its limits.
* Players are no longer able to retain the 450% swim speed increase from the Abyssal Seahorse through devious, devious means.
* Earthmender Duarn's yell is now only visible to the player interacting with him for the quest "Making Contact".
* Overseer Idra'kess's yell can now only be seen if a player is within range of him.
* The following creatures or objects in Vashj'ir now respawn more quickly: Conch Shell, Starfish, Stormind Helmet, Stormwind Spear, King Gurboggle, Fathom-Lord Zin'Jatar, Warden Azjakir, Akasha, Varkul the Unrelenting.
* Elendri Goldenbrow is no longer offering a conflicting deprecated quest "Curious Distraction".
* There were instances where Duarn and Erunak weren't always spawning in the event for the quest "Nespirah" which have been fixed.
* Players of the opposite faction can no longer kill the lures for the Seahorses. It's just mean and wrong. And mean.
* Private Pollard no longer has a duplicate personality when players complete the quest "Spelunking", and Gorruk is correctly sitting after being healed.
* Horde players are now gaining the appropriate reputations when completing quests in Vashj'ir.
* The Earthen Ring quests in Vashj'ir now correctly grant reputation with The Earthen Ring.
* Ancient Conduits for the quest "Ascend No More!" now respawn more quickly.
* The cutscene which leads players to the submarine upon speaking with Erunak for the quest "Defending the Rift" should no longer sometimes drop players out of phase.
* Nespirah Abscesses needed for the quest "Body Blows" now have more spawn locations and respawn more quickly.
* The Corroded Key that is obtained during the quest "Kliklak's Craw" is now a multi-drop item and can be looted my multiple members of a party. And there was much rejoicing.
Eastern Kingdoms
* High Sorcerer Andromath is no longer offering the deprecated quest "Ur's Treatise on Shadow Magic" in Redridge Mountains.
* The deprecated quest "Mor'zul Bloodbringer" in Burning Steppes is no longer offered to Horde or Alliance warlock characters.
Kalimdor
* Horde players can now turn in the quest "Forged Documents" to Suja in the cooking hut in Orgrimmar.
* Azshara quests now yield Bilgewater Reputation as intended.
* Kranal Fiss no longer offers the deprecated quest "Call of Fire" in Northern Barrens.
* Warlocks will now receive an "Immune" error when casting Enslave Demon on Impsy in Felwood.
* "Nothing Left for You Here" can now still be completed if the player has already completed "My Time Has Passed" in Stonetalon Mountains.
* "We're Here to Do One Thing, Maybe Two..." can now be completed by simply going to Saurboz in Stonetalon Mountains and is not affected by the wagon.
Outland
* Sha'tar Vindicators are level 65 now, down from 85, and no longer tearing through Auchenai Doomsayers in Terokkar Forest needed for the quest "Evil Draws Near".

General
* Guild experience caps were being hit faster than expected. As a result, guild experience gained through questing has been reduced.
* After hitting the weekly guild reputation cap, players will no longer receive the message that they're at the cap every time a quest is turned in.
* It is no longer possible to activate Running Wild from a transform or shapeshift form (including Metamorphosis). When leaving a shapeshift form, worgen players will always be in worgen form and cannot toggle Two Forms while shapeshifted.
* Players should no longer be unable to chat, or join or leave private chat channels after a realm is restarted for any reason.
Classes
Druid
* Both Bear and Cat Form versions of Skull Bash are no longer able to be used to get to a target when there is no valid path available.
Hunter
* It is no longer possible for hunters to tame pets in a way that allows them to keep any buffs the creatures had on them prior to being tamed.
Warlock
* Dark Intent no longer causes the warlock to stand up while eating or drinking when a critical hit occurs.
* If Empowered Imp procs while casting Soul fire, the buff is no longer consumed.
* Searing Pain can still be cast if it misses while Soul Burn is active and does not consume Soul Burn until it lands.
Dungeons & Raids
* The droprates on all Bind-on-Equip items in Cataclysm dungeons have been reduced.
* Chaos Orbs now drop properly from Vanessa VanCleef in Heroic: Deadmines.
* It should no longer be possible for Vanessa VanCleef's note to spawn in Deadmines instances where groups have not killed Ripsnarl and Cookie.
* Admiral Ripsnarl's vapors no longer award reputation in Heroic: Deadmines.
* Summoned non-elite Twisted Visages no longer provide reputation in Grim Batol.
* Siamat in Lost City of the Tol'vir could sometimes fail to cast Deflecting Winds on time, rendering him unkillable. This has been corrected.
* NPCs which spawn during the Baron Silverlaine encounter in Shadowfang Keep no longer reward reputation when killed.
* All players should now correctly be rewarded with the Straw that Broke the Camel's Back achievement in Halls of Origination.
Items
* Some Cataclysm world rare drops improperly had faction requirements which have been removed.
* The one-handed mace Torturer's Mercy had incorrect stats. It now has 136 Stamina, 91 Intellect, 61 Spirit, 61 mastery, and 1216 spell power.
* The one-handed Mace of Apotheosis had incorrect stats. It now has 160 Stamina, 107 Intellect, 54 Spirit, 81 mastery, and 1427 spell power.
* Fine-Toothed Comb, Fetish of Azrajar, Wil'hai's Extraneous Tooth, and Azralon's Twisted Rune are now correctly item level 285 and will accept Cataclysm-level gems in their prismatic sockets.
* Phantom Armor from Shadowfang Keep is now classified as plate armor to match its stats and itemization.
* The Vashj'ir quest reward Staff of Post-Facto Preparation now has spell power on it, 'cause it should.
* The Vashj'ir quest rewards Darkspear Ritual Blade and Gnomeregan Mindslicer now have spell power on them, 'cause they should.
* Several items in Cataclysm starting zones have been increased from item level 279 to 308, with relative stat increases.
Professions
* Completing Archaeology projects no longer progresses the guild achievement Making History. This is a temporary fix until an issue with this achievement can be addressed in an upcoming patch.
* Corpses of Scalding Rock Elementals can now be mined. It's possible to gain both Volatile Earth and Shimmering Shards from the corpses.
* Several Jewelcrafting designs were incorrectly tagged as Bind-on-Pickup and have been changed to Bind-on-Equip.
* The Alchemy skill Transmute: Living Elements now functions correctly in Deepholm and Uldum.
* Disenchanted green items are now giving more materials as the item levels increase. This change also ensures armor items give dust more often than essence, and that weapons give more essence than dust.
* Fishing in open water areas around Sulfuron Spire no longer yields Volatile Fire.
* Lifebound Alchemist Stones should now always be properly created when the necessary materials are consumed and skill-ups are awarded.
* The speed of the Blacksmithing mace Forged Elementium Mindcrusher was too fast compared to related items. Its speed is now 3.60.
* The Overpowered Chicken Splitter Engineering bow is now superior quality and no longer epic.
* The droprate on Volatile Life from herbs has been increased.
* Bario Matalli and Shazdar now properly sell Cocoa Beans, Noble Hops and Dry Yeast in unlimited quantities. Additionally, Innkeeper Allison no longer sells Fresh Goat's Milk and now carries Fresh Water instead.
* Drained Venomblood Scorpids can now be skinned.
Quests & Creatures
Cataclysm Zones
Deepholm
* It is now possible to complete the quest achievement Deep into Deepholm.
* Aggra's voice-overs can no longer be heard or read by other players during the Deepholm introduction at the Maelstrom.
* Living Bloods at Deathwing's Fall now spawn more quickly.
* Mercurial Oozes at the Upper Silvermarsh now spawn more quickly.
* Quest NPCs in the Temple of Earth should now appear during the final zone phases to guarantee players can still turn in quests regardless of progress.
* Players should no longer be repeatedly consumed by the very mean Colossal Gyreworm.
* Twilight Defilers, Twilight Heretics, and Twilight Desecrators can no longer be pickpocketed.
* Players are able to obtain the Bottle of Whiskey and the Spool of Rope for the quest "Without a Captain or Crew".
* If Earthmender Norsala despawns during the scripted event for "Wrath of the Fungalmancer", players can now still continue with the event.
* The Ruby Crystal Cluster is now multi-drop for players in a party and are respawning at a decent rate.
* Phased Armor cast by Twilight Dragonspawn and Seeping Quicksilver cast by Mercuiral Ooze were doing trivial amounts of damage. The damage of these abilities has been increased.
Gilneas
* War Machines now spawn more quickly in the Headlands for the quest "They Have Allies, But So Do We".
Lost Isles
* Quest NPCs for "The Heads Of The SI:7" were doing too much damage. Their damage has been reduced and are within the appropriate level range.
Mount Hyjal
* "An Offering for Aviana" is correctly being offered in all cases of prerequisite completion for both Horde and Alliance characters.
* Matoclaw in the Grove of Aessina now offers the quest "Last Stand at Whistling Grove".
* Cindermaul's Chest can now be looted by any player that currently has the quest "Cindermaul, the Portal Master" in their quest log.
* Windspeaker Tamila no longer joins combat when hostile creatures are brought near her.
Twilight Highlands

All Fungal Horrors despawn as soon as Fungalmancer Glop is defeated. In addition, at no time should Fungalmancer Glop path through walls or terrain. Norsala respawns moments after a player completes the encounter.
* The quest "Wayward Child" can now be completed with Therazane regardless of the phase the player is in.
* Twilight Soulreapers and Defaced Earthragers no longer give any experience or loot when killed.
Mount Hyjal
* All players who receive the raid victory message while on the quest "Prepping the Soil" will also receive quest objective completion.
* Lava Surgers were caught red-handed showing no loot. Showing no loot of an almost broken nature. This will not do. (They now drop loot and can be mined.)
Tol Barad Peninsula
* Wandering Souls will now always drop a Cursed Femur for the quest "Salvaging the Remains".
* Darkwood Broodmothers and Darkwood Hatchlings were sharing spawn locations, sometimes preventing one of the creature types from spawning. This has been corrected.
* The Magnatized Scrap Collector cannot be used outside the designated quest area.
Twilight Highlands
* The cutscene for the quest "Enter the Dragon Queen" no longer breaks if someone skips the cutscene and more than one person is watching it.
* The ever-sneaky Cayden Dunwald should now always get attacked during the escort quest "Once More Into The Fire".
* Baited Black Drakes were Deathwing wannabes and doing way too much damage with their fire breath. This damage has been reduced to ensure there is only one king of pain.
* To address a phasing conflict, players cannot accept "Somethin' For The Boys" until they've completed all three of the preceding quests, including "They Took Me Pants!"
* Axebite Grunts now despawn whenever the siege tanks get healed and leave, or if they get destroyed. The Siege Tank Commanders are now flagged as immune creatures and no longer get stuck in combat, which prevented players from interacting with them for the quest "Siege Tank Rescue". In addition, players can no longer attack Siege Tank Commanders.
* Darunga's respawn time for the quest "Doing It Like a Dunwald" has been reduced. In addition, the corpses of Darunga and Jaspertip Crystal-Gorgers should no longer linger around for an inordinate amount of time.
* The Frothing Rage buff is now removed when players leave the zone.
* The ogres in Glopgut's Hollow now respawn at a higher rate than before.
Uldum
* Harrison Jones will now spawn at the exact same time as the Obsidian Colossus for the quest "Fortune and Glory".
* Engaging in PvP combat in Ramkahen now properly spawns guards.
* Wearing associated costumes for the quest "Firing Squad" when the cutscene plays should no longer result in event issues.

CiterThese hotfixes were intentional and we wanted to share more information about the "why" for you all here:
Mana is supposed to matter for healers, and in the case of Holy paladins, that just wasn’t happening. We were seeing raid groups attempting to learn new bosses where the other healers were out of mana while the paladins were still at 90% of mana. We also thought the experience of paladins healing harder heroic dungeons was inconsistent with that of other healers, or our design intent. We thought it was only a matter of time before groups started going out of their way to stack paladins for raids or recruit them for dungeon runs, which of course is not our intent. For this reason, we thought it was important to address this point now rather than sitting on it until a future patch.
The main culprit for the increased paladin efficiency this was Holy Power from Tower of Radiance. We were seeing a strategy develop where paladins would cast Holy Light on a Beaconed tank, and then cast Light of Dawn on the raid (and use very few other spells). This strategy was remarkably successful considering how simple it is. The Holy Power-based heals are supposed to be an important component of the paladin kit, but because Holy Light is designed to be super efficient, the overall strategy was too efficient. The intent of Tower of Radiance was to make directly healing a Beacon of Light target less punitive, but instead it was becoming the only smart way to play. You can still generate Holy Power by using Flash of Light or Divine Light on a Beaconed target, or through a variety of other ways. Remember, overall it isn’t balanced if paladins are just as mana efficient as other healers and have several mana-free spells.
Light of Dawn was adjusted because it was completely eclipsing Word of Glory. We lowered the healing of Word of Glory late in development, but also redesigned Light of Dawn. They had fallen out of sync, and Light of Dawn was just too good.

Celle où il faut galopper après Glop se débloque en passant révéré... je suppose que celle de la mère des couvées se débloquera en passant exalté.
Apparemment le bug a était corrigé, même si ce n'est pas indiqué sur le patchnote.
Les quêtes sont enfin donné de façon aléatoire, et non plus toujours les mêmes.
Effectivement Glop / la mère des couvées : l'une ou l'autre, au choix et de manière aléatoire.
